世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外買家，剛以連補地價，於自由市場以$280萬購入將軍澳寶明苑單位，成交為寶柏閣中層15室，單位實用面積212平方呎，開放式戶型單位企理裝修。業主於本年三月放盤叫價$310萬，累減$30萬成交，減幅達9%，實用呎價$13,208。

據了解，原業主於1998年11月以約$28.4萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨26年轉售，相信扣除補地價金額，業主獲利幅度仍然甚豐。
