世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理表示，一名區外買家成功以$540萬購入將軍澳安寧花園4座中高層F室，實用面積583平方呎，單位附有靚裝修，座向東南望開揚美景。據報，業主於本月初以$585萬放盤，及後調整至$565萬，最終於日前獲區內買家以$540萬承接，累計減價$45萬，減幅7%，折合實用面積呎價為$9,262。

經理續指，原業主於2011年3月以$305萬（已補地價）購入物業至今，帳面獲利$235萬，物業13年升值77%。
