將軍澳天晉3B期1A座2房戶區內客以$840萬洽購

美聯物業將軍澳東港城分行高級區域經理蕭偉康表示，施政報告公布樓市減辣措施後，觀望氣氛略為減退，將軍澳交投亦有加快跡象。該行新近促成將軍澳天晉3B期兩房戶交投，單位7月放盤，累減逾2成以840萬易手。

蕭偉康表示，上述成交單位為天晉3B期1A座低層D室，實用面積530呎，屬於兩房連儲物室間隔，單位外望可享少量海景。據悉，單位最初開價$1,068萬放售，放盤約三個月獲區內客洽購，終減價$228萬或約21%，以$840萬易手，折合實用呎價約$15,849。

參考成交資料，原業主於2014年以$663.2萬購入上述單位，持貨約9年，帳面獲利約$176.8萬，單位升值約27%
