將軍澳天晉3A期3B座高層3房開放式戶以$1,042萬成交減幅逾13%

美聯物業將軍澳城中駅分行首席助理聯席董事謝建業表示，天晉3A期錄本月首宗成交，有長線投資收租人士認為市況逆轉，故減價$158萬，以$1,042萬沽出項目3房戶。

上述成交單位為天晉3A期3B座高層C室，實用面積606呎，屬3房開放式廚房間隔，佈局企理，據悉，業主一直作長線收租用途，惟有感市況逆轉，決定沽貨，並於去年10月以$1,200萬放盤，因應市況先後多次減價，終以$1,042萬成交，累減$158萬，減幅逾13%，折合實用呎價約$17,195。

資料顯示，原業主於2018年4月以約$1,090萬購得，是次轉手帳面蝕讓離場。
