將軍澳嘉悅累減$200萬至$610萬易主

美聯物業將軍澳城中駅分行首席助理聯席董事謝建業表示，成交單位為將軍澳嘉悅2座1房連平台特色戶，實用面積324平方呎，連107平方呎平台，屬1房開放式廚房間隔，向西南，望內園，據悉，原業主一直作投資收租用途，見市況逆轉，去年以$810萬放盤，最終降至$610萬沽出，累減$200萬，實用面積平均呎價約$18,827。

資料顯示，原業主於2018年7月以約$793萬購得，是次轉手帳面蝕讓離場。
