將軍澳君傲灣1座低層2房戶680萬易手升值約14%

美聯物業將軍澳天晉匯分行營業經理羅定康表示，市場入市信心增加，新近促成的1宗將軍澳君傲灣2房戶交投，區內買家見單位價錢合理，決定以$680萬承接單位。

羅定康表示，上述成交單位為君傲灣1座低層G室，實用面積452呎，2房間隔，內櫳企理，景觀開揚，最終以$680萬易手，折合實用呎價約$15,044。

參考成交資料，原業主於2015年8月以$595萬購入上述單位，持貨約8年，賬面賺$85萬，單位升值約14%。
