將軍澳君傲灣$865萬沽持貨約13年轉手帳面獲利約$495萬

香港置業將軍澳海悅豪園分行市務經理 (銷售)莊家豪表示，日前促成將軍澳君傲灣2座高層B室，實用面積約651平方呎，3房連套房間隔，座向東望山景，原叫價$980萬，累減$115萬後獲區內客以約$865萬承接作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價約$13,287。

據悉，新買家為區內首置客，心儀單位間隔實用及高層開揚，故睇樓數次後即拍板承接上述單位。業主於2009年6月以約$370萬購入上述單位，持貨約13年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$495萬，單位升值逾1.3倍。
