美聯物業將軍澳康城首都分行(2)高級分區營業經理梁傑表示，將軍澳中心二期1座高層C室，實用面積約672平方呎，3房連套房間隔，外望海景。據悉，業主以$1,050萬放盤，近期獲區內客洽詢。買家心儀單位享開揚海景，全屋雅緻裝修，議價80萬元後以$970萬承接單位，實用面積平均呎價約$14,435。

成交資料顯示，原業主於2018年8月以$960萬購入上述物業，持貨約6年，是次轉手帳面微賺約$10萬，或約1%。
