奧運維港灣3房套$859萬沽出實用呎價$13,277

中原地產奧運站維港灣分行經理徐國樺表示，最新促成奧運維港灣2座低層D室，實用面積647平方呎，建築面積866平呎，採3房連套房間隔，以銀主盤形式放盤，原先叫價約$1,200萬，日前最終以$859萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$13,277，創同類單位近十年新低價。

中原地產徐國樺指，上址業主於1999年以$378萬購入單位，持貨約25年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$481萬離場，單位升值約127%。
