奧運維港灣3座低層3房套外區家庭客斥$30,000承租

香港置業奧運站一號銀海分行高級聯席董事翁嘉慧表示，維港灣鄰近港鐵站，吸引用家進駐。該行日前促成一該屋苑的租務成交，新租客斥$30,000承租3房1套連儲物室單位，實用呎租約$42.8，屬市價成交。

上述租出單位為維港灣3座低層C室，實用面積約703平方呎，屬3房1套連儲物室間隔，向西北望開揚市景。翁嘉慧指，業主以約$32,500放租約2星期後獲外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$30,000成交，實用呎租約$42.8。據悉，新租客為家庭客，心儀單位裝潢整潔及屬大型屋苑，故睇樓2次後決定承租上述單位。

資料顯示，業主於1998年12月以約$4,086萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主享回報約8.8厘。
