奧運站浪澄灣9座極高層3房戶家庭客零議價以月租$3.8萬承接

美聯物業奧運站分行區域經理劉志偉表示，該行剛促成一宗浪澄灣3房戶的租務成交，家庭客見單位海景吸引，零議價以月租$3.8萬承租單位。

劉志偉指，上述租出單位為浪澄灣9座極高層A單位，實用面積約845平方呎，屬3房間隔，享海景。據悉，家庭客心儀單位坐擁靚海景，間隔實用，最終零議價以月租$3.8萬承接單位，折合實用呎租約$45。

參考成交資料，業主於2017年5月以約$2,257.5萬購入上述物業，現享租務回報約2厘。
