奧運浪澄灣2房議價後以$2.5萬成交實用呎租$45

香港置業奧運站帝柏海灣分行營業經理周栢達表示，租出單位為奧運浪澄灣1座極低層，實用面積約556平方呎，建築面積約743平方呎，屬2房間隔，向西北望全海景。周栢達稱，業主以$2.55萬放租約1個月後，吸引外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$2.5萬成交，實用面積平均呎租約$45，建築面積平均呎租約$33.6。據悉，租客為情侶客，心儀單位享海景，加上單位廳大房大，又有新裝潢，故睇樓2次後決定承租。

資料顯示，原業主於2017年2月以約$1,014.5萬購入上述單位。
