奧運君滙港1座中層2房戶$2.3萬租出回報約3.3厘

香港置業奧運站維港灣分行首席聯席董事林佩玲表示，該行日前促成一宗君滙港的租務成交，新租客斥$2.3萬承租2房戶，實用呎租約$44.6。

上述租出單位為君滙港1座中層C單位，實用面積約516平方呎，建築面積約676平方呎，屬2房間隔，向北望開揚景。林佩玲指，業主以約$2.4萬放租約2星期後吸引區內客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$2.3萬租出，實用呎租約$44.6，建築呎租約$34。據悉，新租客心儀單位附有新裝修，故睇樓數次後決定承租。

資料顯示，業主於2017年11月以約$831萬購入上述單位，若以現時租金水平計算，業主可享回報約3.3厘。
