奧運凱帆軒$1.82萬獲承租業主可享回報約3.4厘

香港置業奧運站一號銀海分行高級聯席董事翁嘉慧表示，租出單位為奧運凱帆軒3座中層E室，實用面積約447平方呎，建築面積約606方呎，屬2房間隔，向東北。翁嘉慧指，業主以約$2萬放租約1個月後獲外區客洽詢，雙方經議價以約$1.82萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$40.7，建築面積平均呎租約$30。

據悉，新租客為母女，心儀單位整潔，故睇樓1次即決定承租上述單位。業主於2015年5月以約$648萬購入上述單位，業主享回報約3.4厘。
