太古城昨日錄得宗成交，其中一個3房單位以830萬元沽出，呎價11,807元，原業主持貨11年，蝕讓48萬元離場，物業貶值逾5%。

代理指，該單位為太古城順安閣中層A室，實用面積703平方呎，3房間隔，望內園景。與事故單位同層，早前叫價900萬元放售，最終議價以830萬元成交，累減70萬元，折合呎價11,807元。單位銀行估價為965萬元，是次成交價較估價低135萬元或14%。
