太古城龍山閣極低層2房戶月租$1.7萬

香港置業太古城恆山閣分行首席聯席董事布家良表示，市場的租務氣氛持續，該行剛促成一宗太古城2房戶的租賃成交，新租客以約$1.7萬承租單位，實用呎租約$35.1，屬市價成交。

上述租出單位為太古城龍山閣極低層，實用面積約485平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東北望園景。布家良稱，業主以月租約$1.8萬放租約1星期後獲外區客接洽，雙方議價後以約$1.7萬承租，實用呎租約$35.1。據了解，新租客為家庭客，心儀單位望園景，環境寧靜，故睇樓2次後拍板承租。

資料顯示，業主於2008年6月以約$349萬購入上述單位，業主享回報約5.6厘。
