太古城寶山閣高層3房戶議價後減價以約$2.15萬承租

香港置業太古城恆山閣分行首席聯席董事布家良表示,租務氣氛持續,10月全月錄約49宗成交,與9月約48宗比較相若。該行剛促成一宗太古城3房戶的租賃成交,新租客以約$2.15萬承租單位,實用呎租約$31.1,屬市價成交。

上述租出單位為太古城寶山閣高層F室,實用面積約691平方呎,建築面積約784平方呎,屬3房間隔,向西南。布家良稱,業主以月租約$2.3萬放租約1個月後獲外區客接洽,雙方議價後減價以約$2.15萬承租,實用呎租約$31.1,建築呎租約$27.4。據了解,新租客為家庭客,心儀單位環境清幽,故睇樓數次後拍板承租上址。

資料顯示,業主於2013年8月以約$840萬購入上述單位,業主享回報約3.1厘。
