天水圍栢慧豪園2房$1.4萬租出業主享租金回報率高達3.4厘

祥益地產高級分行經理林家倫表示，成交單位為天水圍栢慧豪園2座中層D室租賃成交，實用面積498平方呎，2房，日前獲區內換樓客承租。據了解，租客剛沽出自住物業後，隨即購入心水單位，但需等待單位交吉日，因此需覓3個月的租盤作暫住，鍾情單位附企理裝修連全屋傢電，可即租即住，而且考慮到區內可短租的盤源選擇不多，遂便決定以月租$1.4萬「即睇即租」，實用面積平均呎租$28.1。

林氏續稱，若以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$490萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.4厘。
