祥益地產 - 謝利官經理表示，屏欣苑距離天水圍站堪稱零距離，故備受用家歡迎，日前屋苑錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2018年以約$193.1萬(自由市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$186.9萬。

謝氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為A座低層13室，實用面積383呎，一房一廳。日前獲區內客垂青，該買家鍾情屋苑鄰近鐵路站，交通便利，而且樓齡較新，加上原業主累減$30萬的議幅，新買家考慮到上述屋苑鄰近家人住所，方便日後互相照應，遂便決定以$380萬(自由市場價)購入上址，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$9922，屬稍低市場價成交。
