祥益地產高級分行經理表示，日前天水圍居屋天頌苑錄得一宗綠表客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2000年以約$89萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$343萬，單位升值近4倍易手。

上述所錄成交單位為B座中層6室，實用面積650呎，三房兩廳連套廁，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，主要鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁內園景觀，加上屋苑鄰近子女就讀的學校是其考慮購入的主要因素，上述買家遂便決定以$432萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6646。
