天水圍天盛苑D座高層3房戶成交價$402萬

祥益地產高級分行經理林家倫表示，日前天水圍天盛苑錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2009年以約$95萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$307萬，單位升值逾3倍易手。

林氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為D座高層10室，實用面積594呎，三房兩廳，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，心儀屋苑鄰近鐵路站，交通方便，故指定物色天盛苑的單位，加上原業主增加議幅，減價$28萬，買家有感單位價格合理，遂便決定以$402萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6768。
