天水圍天盛苑A座低層3房戶綠表客看約30樓盤終以$415萬購入

祥益地產高級分行經理謝利官表示，日前天水圍天盛苑錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案。

謝氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為A座低層10室，實用面積601平方呎，三房一廳，日前原業主放盤不足一星期獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，早於今年6月開始物色單位，指定要物色天盛苑和諧式間隔的單位，前後看了約30個樓盤，最終成功物色心水單位。買家鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上原業主願意調整價格，累積減價達$65萬，而且單位各方面均符合要求，上述買家遂決定以$415萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6,905。
