天水圍天盛苑3房以月租$1.45萬租出業主享租金回報率高達3.3厘

祥益地產高級分行經理謝利官表示，成交單位為天水圍天盛苑A座中層16室，實用面積639平方呎，3房。據了解，租客為內地客，獲聘來港工作，主要鍾情屋苑鄰近工作地點及小朋友學校，節省來往中港兩地的交通時間，而且單位寬敞有裝修並附大部份傢電，不用大量添置即可入住，遂便決定以月租$1.45萬承租單位，實用面積平均呎租$22.7。

謝氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$527萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.3厘。
