天水圍天富苑O座高層3房戶$448萬易手跌幅約10%

祥益地產 - 林家倫經理表示，天水圍居屋屋苑天富苑近日錄得一宗居二市場買賣成交，單位為O座高層2室，實用面積650平方呎，屬三房兩廳連套廁間隔，新近以$448萬(居二市場價)成交，折合實用呎價約$6,892。

林家倫指出，新買家為外區綠表客，鍾情單位空間寬敞兼附企理裝修，加上原業主願意減價$12萬，覺得樓價合理可負擔，遂決定承接作自住用途。

資料顯示，原業主於2019年以約$498萬(居二市場價)購入，是次轉手帳面虧損約$50萬，跌幅約10%。
