天水圍天富苑J座高層3房戶居二市場價$448萬沽升值近4倍

祥益地產高級分行經理謝利官表示，日前天水圍居屋天富苑錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2007年以約$93萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$355萬，單位升值近4倍易手。

謝氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為J座高層5室，實用面積650呎，三房兩廳連套廁，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，鍾情於單位內籠寬敞，可靈活擺放傢電，加上客廳及房間均擁開揚景觀，而且屋苑鄰近家人住所，方便日後互相照應，上述買家遂便決定以$448萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6892。
