祥益地產高級分行經理表示，日前天水圍居屋天富苑錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案。

成交單位為C座低層8室，實用面積650呎，三房兩廳連套廁，日前獲區內客垂青。買家為家庭客，特別物色三房戶，以便兩個孩子各自擁有自己的房間。此外，單位於7月上旬以$438萬放盤，原業主隨著市況調整售價，累積減價達$30萬，由於價格貼市，買家亦有感單位合乎其要求，遂決定以$408萬（居二市場價）購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6277。
