天后柏傲山成交價$1,560萬實用呎價$26,131

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是天后柏傲山5座中層D室，單位實用面積約597平方呎，2房兩廳間隔，向南面眺望開揚山景，成交價$1,560萬，實用面積平均呎價約$26,131。業主於今年4月放盤求售，初時叫價$1,680萬，最終減價$120萬。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2014年10月以約$1,601萬購入上址單位，持貨9年帳面損失41萬元，期間單位跌價3%。
