大角嘴柏豐28$625萬易手實用呎價$11,241

香港置業西九龍深水埗分行區域董事方文偉表示，該行日前促成一宗位於大角嘴柏豐28中層B室，實用面積約421平方呎，建築面前約556平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東北望開揚市景，原叫價$670萬，雙方經議價後決定以$625萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$14,846，建築面積平均呎價約$11,241。

據悉，新買家為首置客，心儀單位間隔實用，而且樓底高，故睇樓2次即決定購入單位。原業主於2017年9月以約$620萬購入，是次轉手帳面獲利僅$5萬，扣除洗費後，料業主虧蝕離場。
