大角咀Larchwood連撻11伙，宏安殺訂332萬，涉成交額逾6千萬！

宏安地產旗下大角咀Larchwood兩星期內再連錄11伙撻訂後，發展商共殺訂332.17萬元，涉及成交金額約6,041萬元。

成交記錄冊顯示，該批撻訂單位戶型涵蓋開放式至一房間隔，原於2022年9月至2023年4月售出，成交價491.5萬至602.4萬元，涉及總成交金額約6,041萬元。

惟該批單位於10月7日至21日兩星期內陸續終止交易，料眾買家已棄購，分別遭沒收5%至10%訂金，料發展商最終可殺訂共332.17萬元。

值得留意的是，Larchwood於9月份曾連環撻訂24伙，成交金額涉及1.37億元，所有買家分別遭殺5%訂金，發展商合共殺訂704.9萬元。
