大角咀港灣豪庭3座中層2房戶月租1.7萬回報約3.8厘

香港置業西九龍利奧坊分行首席高級營業經理林冬盈表示，該行剛促成一宗港灣豪庭的租務成交，外區客以約$1.7萬承租2房單位，實用呎租約$49.4。

上述租出單位為港灣豪庭3座中層E室，實用面積約344平方呎，屬2房間隔，望開揚景。林冬盈稱，業主以約$1.78萬放租後吸引外區客洽詢，雙方議價後減價至$1.7萬租出，實用呎租約$49.4。據悉新租客為外區客，因原先租客尚未遷出，故在無樓睇的情況下承租上述單位。

資料顯示，業主於2015年8月以約$533.8萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主可享回報約3.8厘。
