大角咀港灣豪庭中層3房成交價$735萬期內升值約1.6倍

香港置業西九龍星匯居分行首席聯席董事曾家輝表示，售出單位為大角咀港灣豪庭8座中層G室，實用面積約488平方呎，建築面積約700平方呎，屬3房間隔。曾家輝稱，單位以約$780萬放售約3個月後獲同區客洽詢，雙方議價後減價約$45萬，以$735萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$15,061，建築面積平均呎價約$10,500。據了解，新買家為換樓客，睇樓2次後拍板承接。

資料顯示，原業主在2009年6月以約$283.8萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面獲利約$451.2萬，單位期內升值約1.6倍。
