香港置業奧運站帝柏海灣分行營業經理周栢達表示，該行日前促成的一宗大角咀奧柏·御峯2座低層C室，實用面積約332平方呎，建築面積約425平方呎，屬1房間隔，向西望部分海景。周栢達指，業主以約1.6萬元放租約1個月後吸引區內客洽詢，雙方議價後減價$500，以$1.55萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$46.7，建築面積平均呎租約$36.5。

據悉，新租客為單身男士，心儀單位屬樓底高，睡房夠大，故睇樓2次後隨即決定承租。業主於2020年2月以約$605萬購入上述單位，業主享回報約3.1厘
