美聯物業奧運站分行(5)助理區域經理劉志偉表示，大角咀大型住宅項目利奧坊．凱岸「筍盤」獲上車客承接，上述成交單位為利奧坊．凱岸1座中高層A室，屬2房開放式廚房間隔實用面積417方呎，據了解，單位原叫價$850萬，後降價$59萬，減幅7%，議價後即以$791萬承接，折合實用呎價$18,969。

據了解，原業主於2018年6月以約$1,107.7萬購入，帳面蝕近3成。
