美聯物業奧運站分行(5)區域經理劉志偉表示，成交單位為大角咀凱帆軒3座中低層C室，實用面積約446平方呎，屬2房間隔，享海景。據悉，原業主以$690萬放盤，近期獲上車客洽詢。買家心儀單位間隔實用，而且價格符合預算，見近期多項消息利好樓市，入市信心大增，故零議價以$690萬承接單位，實用面積平均呎價約$15,471。

參考成交資料，原業主於2007年7月以約$315萬購入上述物業，持貨約17年，是次轉手帳賺約$375萬，或約119%。
