祥益地產 - 盤嘉茵董事表示，日前屯門大興花園2期錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於1997年以約$209萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$143萬。

盤氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為2期7座低層A室，實用面積419平方呎，兩房兩廳，日前獲區內客垂青。買家鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上原業主計劃套現換樓，故增加議幅累積減價達$38萬，而且買家曾租住過同屋苑，熟悉區內環境，亦有感上述單位性價比高，遂便決定以$352萬購入單位作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$8,401。
