中原地產大埔豪宅九肚山第三分行資深區域營業經理賴思沛表示，各項利好因素推動下，近期二手成交活躍，大埔白石角雲滙最新錄得2期11座中層B1室，單位實用面積505平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$900萬，日前雙方議價後以$728萬沽出，實用面積呎價約$14416。

賴思沛表示，新買家為外區用家，見屋苑環境舒適，價錢合理，即決定購入單位自用。據悉，原業主於2021年以$959萬購入單位，持貨約3年，是次沽出單位賬面蝕讓約$231萬離場，單位期內貶值約24.1%。
