大埔葡萄園美冬大道雙號屋$65,000租出約2.2厘租金回報

中原地產大埔逸瓏灣第二分行經理吳華彩表示，近日租賃市場持續暢旺，分行最新錄得葡萄園美冬大道雙號屋，單位實用面積2711平方呎，建築面積4033平方呎，開價約$75,000，議價後以$65,000租出，平均實用呎租約$24。

中原吳華彩表示，新租客為外區家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位間隔合用，少有放盤，即租入單位自住。據了解，業主於2010年以約$3500萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.2厘租金回報。
