中原地產大埔中心高級分區營業經理黃達雄表示，暑假屬租賃旺季，大埔翠屏花園最新錄得C座高層07單位，單位建築面積362平方呎，實用面積262平方呎，1房間隔，議價後以$1萬租出，平均呎租約$38.2。

據了解，新租客為一名內地女學生，見單位價錢合理，即使單位舊租客未走，未能睇樓，只靠睇相亦立即決定租入單位作自住之用，並先付一年租金。據了解，業主於2022年以$423萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.8厘租金回報。
