據了解，新買家為區外客，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，亦可受惠最新印花稅措施，即決定購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於1997年以$197萬購入單位，持貨約28年，現轉手賬面獲利約$141萬離場，單位期內升值71.6%。
