中原地產新界東豪宅白石角第一分行經理梁建禮表示，租賃市場持續活躍，大埔白石角雲滙最新錄得2期10座高層B6戶，單位實用面積339平方呎，一房間隔，日前議價後以$15,500租出，實用平均呎租約$45.7。

據了解，新租客為年輕人，感屋苑居住環境舒適，單位間隔合用，即租入單位自住，方便上班。原業主則於2018年以$702萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.6厘租金回報。
