中原地產新界東豪宅白石角分行經理曾嘉匯表示，租賃市場持續向好，大埔白石角雲匯最新錄11座中層B1室，單位實用面積504平方呎，2房連儲物房間隔，開價約$19,000，零議價以$18,500租出，實用面積呎租約$36.7。

中原曾嘉匯表示，新租客為外區客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位質素高，間隔合用，即租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2018年以$10.4萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.1厘租金回報。
