中原地產新界東豪宅白石角分行經理曾嘉匯表示，大埔白石角天賦海灣二期溋玥最新錄得12座高層D戶，單位建築面積1376平方呎，實用面積1063平方呎，3房連套房間隔，原先開價約$1320萬，其後減至$1200萬，議價後以$1138萬沽出，實用面積呎價約$10,706。

曾嘉匯表示，新買家為外區家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，亦設有大型會所，單位間隔合用，即購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於2018年以$1200萬購入單位，持貨約6年，現轉手帳面蝕讓約$62萬離場，單位期內貶值約5.2%。
