大埔比華利山別墅單號屋議價後以$5.3萬租出

中原地產新界東豪宅天賦海灣分行市務經理鍾國基表示，日前促成大埔比華利山別墅最新錄銀池道單號屋，實用面積2,079平方呎，建築面積3,508平方呎，開價約$5.8萬，議價後以$5.3萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$25.5。

據了解，新租客為區內客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即把握機會租入單位自用。據了解，業主則於2012年以$3,237萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2厘租金回報。
