大埔新達廣場2房議價後以$550萬沽出單位期內升值約96.4%

中原地產大埔中心高級分區營業經理黃達雄表示，成交單位為大埔新達廣場新近錄4座中層D室，單位實用面積465平方呎，建築面積559平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$590萬，議價後以$550萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$11,828。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即決定購入上述單位作新居之用。據了解，原業主於1994年以$280萬購入單位，持貨30年，是次易手賬面獲利約$270萬離場，單位期內升值約96.4%。
