中原地產-黃達雄經理表示，租賃市場持續活躍，大埔嵐山最新錄3座中層F室，單位實用面積751平方呎，3房連套房及儲物房間隔，早前叫價約$2萬，議價後以$1.9萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$25.3。

據了解，新買家為外區家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，亦可住近家人，即決定租入單位上車自住。據了解，原業主則於2022年以$750萬買入單位，是次租出單位可享逾3厘回報。
