中原地產新達廣場資深分區營業經理趙愛蓮表示，日前促成大埔富．盈門2座高層B室，單位實用面積949平方呎，3房連套房間隔，議價後連車位以$1,180萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$12,434。

中原趙愛蓮表示，新買家為區內換樓客，見屋苑環境舒適，價錢合理，即購入單位自住。據了解，原業主於2016年以$1,432萬購入單位，持貨8年，是次轉手賬面蝕讓約$252萬離場，期內貶值約17.6%。
