美聯物業-梁葦姮經理表示，成交單位為大埔富雅花園3座低層C室，實用面積592平方呎，屬3房間隔，向西北。梁葦姮表示，原業主以$620萬放售，近日調低售價，吸引同區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$568萬（自由市場價）易手，實用面積平均呎價約$9,595。據悉，新買家為首置客，心儀單位鄰近港鐵站，交通便利，加上屋苑交盤較少，故睇樓1次即決定入市。

資料顯示，原業主2007年以$156.5萬購入單位，持貨約18年，是次易手帳面獲利約$411.5萬。
