大埔太湖花園7座中層2房戶議價後以$365萬承接

美聯物業大埔 - 白石角豪宅分行助理區域經理黃國輝表示，有見二手交投增多，部分業主止賺離場，該行錄得大埔太湖花園355實呎戶$365萬易手，較最初叫價$420萬累減15%。

黃國輝表示，成交單位為大埔太湖花園7座中層C室，實用面積約355平方呎，屬兩房間隔。據悉，單位早前以$420萬放售，獲區內上車客洽購，鍾情屋苑環境配套齊全，多次議價後以$365萬承接，累計減幅達15%，實用呎價約$10,282。

資料顯示，原業主2012年以$259萬購入單位，持貨12年，帳面賺$161萬，或升值約62%。
