大埔太湖花園5座中層2房戶議價後以$455萬承接

美聯物業 - 黃國輝經理表示，臨近農曆新年，部分放盤業主擴大議價空間離場，該行錄得大埔太湖花園400實呎戶$455萬沽出，原業主持貨10年，帳面微賺$7萬。

黃國輝表示，成交單位為大埔太湖花園5座中層E室，實用面積400方呎，屬2房設計。據悉，單位早前以$480萬放售，獲本地家庭客洽購，鍾情屋苑周邊配套，逐議價後以$455萬承接，實用呎價約$11,375。

原業主於2015年以約$448萬購入，持貨近10年，是次轉手帳面微賺約$7萬。
