大埔中心2房議價後以$390萬沽出單位升值約5.9倍

中原地產大埔中心高級分區營業經理黃達雄表示，近期入市氣氛正面，二手交投增加，大埔中心本月暫錄5宗成交，最新錄8座低層C室，單位實用面積371平方呎，建築面積517平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$410萬，日前議價後以$390萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$10,512。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見單位少有放盤，價錢合理，即決定購入單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主則於1990年以約$56.5購入單位，持貨34年，現轉手賬面獲利$333.5萬離場，單位升值約5.9倍。
